I ordered an iPhone max pro 12 from souq.com (Egypt) and I got a package with an old Hawaii phone which is totally broken, and I already have a video for me opening the shipment package and I have all the evidence, and my company lawyer asked me to make a report on the police station for that case, but I contacted some of my teammates one of them told me to send an email from here.
