It took me two months to get an appt. with the only pulmonologist they had in the uptown location. I arrived early as requested. After one hour past my appt. time I went to the desk to ask what the problem was. I was told it would be another hour wait past my appointment time. The arrogance and lack of respect for patients is inexcusable. I am done with NYU Langone and will find other doctors. User's recommendation: go elsewhere.
