I took my car in with an on-line $24.99 oil change coupon. The attendant told me the coupon was only for conventional oil, which I knew and accepted. But he also told me my car needed synthetic oil at $62, which wasn't true. Before I could ask him to do a conventional oil change, he said if I did that he would phone the manufacturer and tell them they should void my warranty for using the wrong oil. This threatened blackmail over his false claim trying to force me to pay far more for his most expensive option is totally unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to avoid this business and the way it misleads and mistreats customers.
