Terrible service and experience

We checked out today June 18-checked in June 15 The service was non existent I’m every way.when gambling in the casino you could rarely get a cocktail and he to leave your machine to get one and then gamble at the bar to get a drink. We couldn’t even get a water most of the time. Everyone was rude at every turn. The room shower handle was loose and the toilet just churned up toilet paper and took 3 flushed per use. The food was sub par at Sadelles and glasses were dirty. The pool was clean but again service was soooo painfully slow and we spent more time waiting for service than getting service anywhere within the hotel. I understand you are just back from a closure but if you can’t staff the hotel just Shula have stayed closed. It was a terrible experience and we left mostly. Also we were new members to the rewards club and none of our free play ever even showed up. Our room was located by a green exit sign and people confused thinking it was stairs tried our handle most of the night. I also don’t think our final charges were correct. Never again and I want the resort fees refunded!! User's recommendation: Just don’t stay there.
