I got behind 6 cars today and it took 3 minutes before I reached the service window. I then set there for my order. After 7 more minutes and no food I left and went to zaxbys. I got my order in 5 minutes with 2 card in front of me. While trying to order at Jack's I was cut off 4 times before my order for placed. I will not ever go back to this place and advise no one ever go through their drive through ever. User's recommendation: Never use the drive through unless it's empty.
