Still charging me

Update by user Sep 03, 2019 $22.00 per month for garbage pick up and no one lives there! I want a refund applied to this bill! Mr Leathers is the head of the garbage in Jamestown 716-661-****, 716-661-**** Original review posted by user Sep 03, 2019 I do not live in my house in Jamestown NY. I am still getting charged for garbage pick up, and no one is there. I have called the BPU and discussed this with “the boss” And nothing has been done since June. I am still getting charged for a service Zi don’t use. HELP !
