In my opinion an investigation should be made of the way this company does its business. In my opinion a Class action should be filed by those who feel they have been taken by this company by not paying out money due consumers. I have been sick the last two months and just got around to make my situation public. All I ask is this company pay me what was due me. Correspondence below. Ticket ID ABEE-7954 edmundmeyer . Date Created: Mar 08, 2021 Subject: Other Status: Mr. Todd. We seem to have an ongoing problem with Dell and your company. It appears something is wrong what is going on and I need someone to talk with with Dell. You and I have gotten no where regarding this process by you only telling me it is computer generated. Before I contact various consumer sites I give you a final chance to give me information "who" you have an agreement with Dell so I can put this matter to bed. I recently noticed another instance where Dell verified payment (see below) and then reversed payment. Sale Details Date:21-Feb-2021 Store:Dell Order Total:$917.62 Cash Back:$36.71 Store Order ID:f0bd0261-7e2e-4b55-abf7-fdfe3f12f56b The retailer has verified your Cash Back purchase. Sale Details Date:21-Feb-2021 Store:Dell Order Total:-$917.62 Cash Back:-$36.71 Store Order ID:f0bd0261-7e2e-4b55-abf7-fdfe3f12f56b Cash Back was canceled by merchant. Date:22-Feb-2021 Store:Adjustment: Dell Order Total:$2,123.30 Cash Back:$169.86 Store Order ID:83083**** The retailer has determined that BeFrugal is not owed commission for this sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Cash Back. This adjustment, along with a reversal, will be applied to your next payment. Again I'm trying to get to the department who sends you the approvals of denies claims for payment. I hope for a reasonable reply from you to settle this. Lets say if your company was not paid a commission you would have no one to have contact with to be paid. Get prepared for an investigation if you cant be a company with giving consumers needed information when they have been denied for a considerable amount of money back. Again your reply simply amazes me and I presume you or your CEO will have to explain this to some consumer authorities who investigate strange practices by companies like BeFrugal . I'm on the planet for 74 years and know when someone has something to hide. Apparently Be Frugal has a lot to hide when large cash backs are due. Like I said in my previous email's to you expect some consumer action and it will be coming. User's recommendation: Do not use Befrugal for cash back. Use Coupert as a better choice on how their web site works!
