Update by user Apr 18, 2021 I have received a check drawn on Bank of Montreal on a US Dollars account snd have already been waiting over a week with an expected 2-9 more weeks before I will even know if the check they sent me cleared. Either way I'm out $150 in fees just to try and cash the check and still have 9 more weeks before I cam even request a trace on it if it hasn't been paid yet by that time. Out of a $1200 initial win I am already down to $735 if I ever even see that. Original review posted by user Mar 19, 2021 I have opened 4 different accounts attempting to claim my prize of $1200.00. During this time I have been repeatedly approved and then told to resubmit my information. I still haven't received the money I won and now its all the way down to $875 and I'm still waiting on the check from their payment service that nobody can seem to get an update from. Don't waste your time playing for this family of casinos. By time your able to actually cash out any winnings their fees and " international transfer restrictions" will take a chunk out of it anyway. User's recommendation: Don't waste your time trying to find out where your winnings are. I'm going back to luckyland. I have my payouts within hours instead of months.
