Missed installation date

I signed with BT, installation date 19th March 2021, BT sent me Kelly communication who refused to install saying they are not allowed May be because I am 72, so I gather BT is not for elderly people. Emailed CEO without any reply, put in a complaint BT closed one day later without any feedback or even have the decency in asking me! User's recommendation: Dont go to BT worst than the others.
