Ordered from Deepdiscount for 20 YEARS. They are a multi-million company (28M min profit annual) with only small amount of employees (c.150). Shipping quality is always dirt-cheap, non-protective cardboard sleeve mailers. Their service and respect for customers has fallen in recent years to the point of ridiculousness-- no respect for their customers or packaging. Don't waste your time unless you want to take a risk and eventually get burned.
