Requesting animal support please

Dear sir/madam, I hope that this email finds you well. I am contacting you because I bought a flight to go to Spain and I need to take with my emotional support animal (it is a cat). I have filled all the documentation for this purpose, but when I click to customer service in order to update them it is stated "page not found". This is the only contact email Í found on Air Europa Website. I would really appreciate if you could assist me on submitting the documents for my having my animal support in cabin with me. And I'd really appreciate if the in case that you do not accept my cat as a emotional support animal, if you could book for me an animal in cabin, even if I have to pay. I cannot travel without her. Please, find below the information about the flight I'm interested in. I bought the ticket with a potential cancelation un to 24h. I'd appreciate your help with my case.
