Ticket change

I have a flight round tip to Havana July 8th from Madrid code SPF5UZ Vladimir Benavides Alfonso My hotel in Cuba have been cancelled due to COVID reasons .. I need to get a voucher to get a flight later .. I have been trying to do it through online and calling US number air Europe and is imposible .. I have been doing this for 3days .. No one is answering and helping me .. Need your assistance with this please .. All was solved already thanks for help anyway
