My dad needed oxygen and when we tried to buy it for him to have it delivered we were not able to make the purchase as they declined the purchase, we also received an OTP and was not successful as Absa declined it. As we were trying to organize for an ambulance to come through we missed the calls coming in from Absa. My dad is in hospital at the moment and won't be assisted by Absa over the phone, they want my dad to come in and he cannot as he is in hospital with pneumonia and no one from absa is willing to assis him even though he tried to speak to them from the hospital.there is an handicapped son at home that needs care. assistance.
