Update by user Jan 06, 2020 Company agreed to send a replacement jacket after they were contacted by the Better Business Bureau Original review posted by user Dec 31, 2019 I ordered a blue jacket from Hypestfit for my son. He received a blue jacket from another family member for Christmas so I emailed the company to see if I could change my order from blue to red. It hadn't even shipped yet. After several days I received an email that the jacket had shipped. Immediately after, I received a response to my email stating they do not exchange or return unless the item arrives damaged. I thought I must be reading it wrong! The company won't do any returns or exchanges? So I replied stating that I wasn't wanting a refund, I only wanted to exchange for a different color. Nope. No exchanges. What TERRIBLE customer service! Buyer Beware! If you order and it doesn't fit right, you are just stuck with it. Hypestfit better step up their customer service policies or companies who actually appreciate their customers are going to put them out of business!
