I ordered a matt lipgloss called Sedona and then on the same evening I found another lip gloss called Vegas that I wanted to order in the same order as the sedona to save me the $12 of shipping cost. You never got back to me and then I received the sedona today on its own. I still want the Vegas matt Finnish lipgloss very badly but don't think I should be penalized shipping costs because you did not answer my email on time. I am prepared to recommend the lip gloss to anyone who asks as I found you from a client of mine and will do the same for you if you waver the shipping. Let me know how you want to proceed.
