Update by user Jul 16, 2021 Channel Advisor resolved to our satisfaction.. Original review posted by user Jun 30, 2021 Signed a contract with them starting service 9/1/20. We had 12 SKU's/Products to upload to Amazon, Walmart and another E-Selling channel. They charged us $1,100 pre month to manage our online orders in 4 channels. Shipping didn't work and needed massive API's to get it to work which we were never able! Zero customer service by phone you can email your "Sales and Support Team" but more likely to receive an auto reply that they are out of the office. If they respond, it's to say they are happy to help you for more money above and beyond the rip off monthly subscription fee. BUYERBEWARE! User's recommendation: Don't fall for Channel Advisor Con! Zero Customer Service and they are clueless about today's e-selling channels! Their platform doesn't work! Amazon, Walmart changing constantly --- CA doesn't have a clue about how to navigate these marketplaces!
