They sell non working products and then go not reply for support
Update by user Aug 15, 2018 UPDATE: once I informed ROCCAT their suggested fixes did not work, they have stopped responding to me. I have seen on social media this is common. Original review posted by user Jul 16, 2018 Used a ROCCAT ISKU FX keyboard with my Alienware PC setup that came with the PC purchase. Used it for a couple of years & loved it, then spilled coffee on it so I ordered another from Wal-Mart. It worked fine for about 2 months, then noticed certain keys stopped working. Tried everything on the ROCCAT support site, but nothing worked. Didn't have time to deal with support so just purchased another from Wal-Wart. A couple days after using, different keys stopped working. This time I was upset, so sent in a ROCCAT support ticket on their support site. NO RESPONSE, not even acknowledgement of receipt. A few days later, sent in another ticket, this time immediate response that that ticket was being added to the first ticket sent in and received about the same instruction from their support site. Tried everything listed, still doesn't work. Sent a response email to the instructions, NO RESPONSE. Sent in another ticket, NO RESPONSE. DO Not Buy their products if they just leave you hanging with a non working products & don't seem to care about it. I am able to return the 2nd keyboard to Wal-Mart for a refund but the 1st return expired a week ago.
