I purchased the Clifton and had wear marks in the heel padding after 2 weeks, I was told by other Hoka wearers that this is normal. After a month large chunks of foam were gone. I called customer service and was told to mail them back at my cost, even though I still had the receipt. Your product is garbage, and I will not buy again. User's recommendation: do not buy.
