I have called Explorer on three times and they were most helpful. They helped me find various missing parts on my van and were able to help me get in contact with the right vendors even when they were no longer suppliers. I did however have some problems when I called the Explorer Parts information because the search on line takes you to a company in Texas. These guys quoted me almost triple to cost with bogus shipping because they were clueless. I suggested to the "real" Explorer to actually provide follow-up contact information including a phone number and the name of the person that is assisting in the transaction for easy follow-up.
