I went to Ride Now Powersports to have my electrical system inspected. Like a complete ***... I let them talk me into getting an all new wiring harness. After being quoted for $1200 for parts and labor I decided to go ahead and have some other issues with my bike dealt with at the same time. Then the quote went up to $4500. I figured oh well... I was gonna have to do it eventually... so here we go. $5000 and 8 months later... I got my bike back. Complete with new tires, new frame sliders, a loose swing arm, no brake lights, now turn signals, and a pile of nuts and bolts falling off into my driveway. The shotty work they did on my motorcycle could have gotten me killed or worse... crippled for life. I made a claim through an online agency in an effort to get money back for the incomplete work the did. Such as not having my carburetors not properly tuned and some missing wiring components for my rear turn signals. Instead of just admitting their fault and giving me a fair settlement ... they took it soon themselves to repost on my claim comments that make me look like a fool and as a bad customer. It took them two months to bolt on a pair of frame sliders and install a set of new tires and they never found time to do an electrical inspection they installed. They are by far... the worst mechanics and sales reps I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and stead clear of Ride Now Powersports. And to add to the insanity... after all I had been through... the new mechanic I took the time to find quoted me under $3000 for the exact same work and had my wiring harness properly installed and inspected in less than two hours. He told me the brake lights didn't work because of a miss adjusted switch under the brake lever. He was very suprised to hear that I paid as much as I did and the technicians at Ride Now never even bothered to look for the problem. Long story short... I got ripped off and Ride Now Powersports is happy about it.
