DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH RIDENOW POWERSPORTS ON BOULDER HIGHWAY LAS VEGAS, NV

3

In February of 2016, my husband and I traded in out 900 razor to RideNow Powersports on Boulder Highway in Las Vegas, Nevada for a 2016 Polaris Turbo. We bought our first Razor at RideNow Powersports on Boulder Highway in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2014 and never had a problem so we decided to give our business to Ridenow again. Not to mention, at the time we thought your company had a wonderful and helpful crew. After the loan was signed with the stipulations of no money down AND paying off the first loan entirely, we left with the turbo. About two weeks later, I noticed RideNow paid only $15,989.57 towards the first loan when they should have paid $18,060.57. That was the agreement when I signed the papers. I called and spoke to the gentleman named Art, who sold us the machine. Art let me know there wasn't anything he could do until a gentleman named Kevin in finance got in for the day. I did received a call back from Kevin who informed me that his General Manger named Tina "likes to feel involved and helped this loan by calling Capital One for a payoff herself but did not get the entire amount." Those are Kevin's words exactly. Kevin then told me that Tina did not get the full amount so he had to redo the loan. This conversation took place on 3/11/2016. I have called every week for three weeks trying to get some help on this. I have only received ONE call back from Kevin telling me he is working on our problem/loan about two weeks ago. I was informed that we would possibly have to pay the remaining balance on the first loan of $2,071.00 which is the worse case scenario. The best case scenario, we would have to pay off a balance of around $300.00 on the first loan. Just to be VERY CLEAR, we would have not signed any papers if we were going to have to pay on two loans! We had two people, Art and Kevin, inform both my husband and I that the original loan would be paid off completely. So, for three weeks I have been trying to get someone to help me fix this screw up and I have not heard back from anyone. I am at my wits end here with how I have been treated over this. I cannot believe that not one person at RideNow Powersports on Boulder Highway has fixed this issue on their part OR called me back. I cannot believe that the General Manager, Tina and the finance gentleman, Kevin have screwed up the loan and to fix the problem they created, they are trying to tack on their screw up to our loan so we can pay for TWO loans? I also cannot believe that you guys would do business this way. Who pays for two loans for one product when that was not the agreement or what we signed for??? Now, I have my first payment due for my new loan on 4/2/2016 and I can't get any answers as to what I am supposed to do. Not to mention, the original loan payment is due on 04/21/2016. I am getting increasingly worried as I do not want my credit screwed up because of a screw up on Ridenow Powersports part. I really hope either my husband or I hear from someone TODAY who will fix this issue immediately and make sure they pay off the first loan entirely. I also have to tell your company that Ridenow has lost our business forever. Maybe that might not matter to you but we also know quite a few people and word of mouth travels fast. I also plan on writing some reviews explaining what we have been through. I am so disappointed in the customer service we did not receive. I really thought your company helped their customers better then this.
