They refused to unpack and put things away, even in a full service move, for which they were paid $1950 for ten mile move. They did not mark many boxes as to contents. They got lost in a ten mile drive even with GPS. They arrived 4 hours late. They spent four hours unloading but refused to unpack unless I paid them a considerable amount of money extra. I am a 76 year old cancer patient, without the full use of my left hand. Their customer service is non-existent. If you use these people for any kind of move, you need your head examined !!!
