Estate Sale Broker Fraud

We entered into a contract with: http://walltowallestateliquidation.com/ which included the lowest possible price we would accept for items that we paid $5,000 or over. Jamie, who owns and operates this business seemed legit. Her business contract seemed professional and reasonable. The first sign of trouble was when she insisted that we not be present for the sale. She even went to friends and tried to have them convince us to leave. Reason: While we were in other rooms, she sold things that we paid $7,500 or more for $100. She sold art work that we paid over $2,000 for $50! Long story short, we could have done a lot better just having a garage sale because she took 40%. Worst of all, she sold things that we agreed were not to be sold. Things that we put in an upstairs closet closed off from the public she was dragging out and selling. What a disaster and what a total fraud she is. Run, don't walk if she comes calling!
