GreenPointe/GreenTree…

I purchased a mobile home in 1999 from Greenpointe. My husband suffered a stroke and then developed cancer. Due to the medical bills and Greenpointe's unwillingness to be helpful we lost our home. A judgment was placed on me and was satisfied in 2003 and now 6 years later GreenTree is trying to collect all over again. How is this right? How can they do this and legally think they can get away with it? Do they think that because we purchased a mobile home we are ignorant to our rights? I've gotten legal advice on this matter and just as I thought, they have no right to do this to me. If you find yourself in a similar situation, don't just lay down and take it. Stand up for yourself and let them know that mobile home owners are not a bunch of dumb peoople.
