I have been a member for almost 2 years and all that time payed for a personal trainer. Finally met my goals and tried to cancel. They stated that they were sad to see me go and said they canceled. Next billing sure enough there was another month added plus late fees. Called back in again, again they said they would take care of it. Next billing sure enough its there again and another month tagged on plus fees. I appealed to them to remove it. They stated that they will have to take it to upper management who then stated they will not remove it and I must write them a letter to cancel the account and then I was obligated for even another month of bills. I did this but they seemed to tag on even more charges. All said and done it took me three months to close this and $800 to close this. Stay away from the Alaska Club. Very dishonorable, very criminal if you ask me and total horse you know what. WARNING, THEY WILL NOT CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU WRITE IN AND BE EXACT TO THE CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT FOR CLOSURE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE.
