Hena Receives Returns in time Doesn’t Refund …solid USPS proof

1

Best advice I can ever give you...X out of their site/ad fast! Do not consider this company to give your money to. Others make this product and I see are highly rated. hena (doesn't deserve respect, no capital) are associated with more than one name and have places in China, Canada, US and probably more. I will go through all of the roadblocks they have set up that are misleading and detrimental to your wallet. They do not honor their 30 day, for any reason, no questions asked refund policy! They advertise a lot on fb and like to express 90 day return policy - that is only if product doesn’t work - often that’s not clear to customer. I’m betting you’ll get the runaround there too, mine was the 30 day. Their website is pink and nice, with smiling faces and words of joy and praise. Don’t be fooled!! A website like that isn’t going to post stuff like this. A website for a company like theirs is just a slick ad, nothing more! Are the reviews on their site even real? At first glance they seem legit with all their posts about themselves and return policies, ways to pay that include paypal. I found they are not! First, product does eventually arrive - nothing about returns, etc. Nothing ... just product in box in plastic bag. Even address label not normal. When you want to make a return you have to track down the information. I called their number, guy gives me email address. Says I MUST send email with reason why, if approved I can return. Hmm, already suspicious - that’s not in the policy. I read email addy back...he said yes, that’s it. No it wasn’t. So found email, sent another email...get stupid response from CSR kelly to my explicit request for return. Tells me I should keep it if it works and give it to friend or family. Clearly she never read my email AND I do not hand out $159.00 gifts very often. Rarely I treat myself, but this was no treat. So I go to paypal. On there when you click for dispute, up pops a threat from hena who also uses tays online as one of their names. It has a bunch of warnings and states if you contact paypal (to let paypal know they are not a reliable business) they will NOT honor their return policy and make you send return out of US. Nice company? All of these things are delay tactics to try to prevent you from returning item within allotted timeframe. In my case only 30 days. My reason for return... If you’ve had any type of skin cancer or lots of moles or a list of things according to their booklet, (which for one of the first times in my life I read before opening machine), it is not advisable to use. I have had skin cancers. Seems useable, (if it does work at al)l for very, very, few people. Now I’m getting mad. Quoted return policy in another email back and said I want to return. Finally got a mailing address. When asked what they wanted me to include with the return to properly credit back to me, she said all they needed was a tracking number. Really? Package comes in, no account number no payment history, just tracking number? Ok, by now I’m so on to their tricks and pretty sure I’ll never see my money again, but there’s always hope. So at a latter time they couldn't say they didn’t know who to credit back once package arrived, I copied paypal statement and included. I also without a doubt made them sign for that package! Btw tracking number didn’t get refund to me either. Now nearly 30 days pass...no refund. I call, person at their end is Alex, same name as signer for my return, but denied being person who accepted and signed for my package, said they didn’t know where my refund was and couldn’t help me. A manager would have to call. No manager ever called or emailed. Most companies like this never do. Otherwise I wouldn't be here. Once they get your money, it's never yours again. So I contacted paypal via phone to ask about hena/tays threat. Didn’t want to talk about that but would take a dispute. So I finally did a dispute with paypal. Told paypal I had proof of their receipt, acceptance and signature for my return which arrived within the 30 day timeframe for returns...barely, due to their delays...but it arrived. She said they may ask for that latter. Wanted only verbal info I had right then. Wasn’t much except for the facts and only one of the tracking numbers which was the one on green return card. I finally get a letter from paypal, without using the specific word, calling me a liar. It is the absolute worst customer service letter ever written! It mentions nothing regarding what I told them. The whole letter is about me (even a bit scolding) returning the item first. That paypal cannot help me if I don’t return the item first. The letter was dated 9 days (abt time I called paypal originally) prior to its delivery and stated I only had 20 days from date of letter to “return the item and fax them proof I had returned it.” Not 20 business days, just 20 days period. Hello ... it was already returned. They didn't need to send such a disgusting letter. They should have sent a neutral letter, and asked if I had more documentation I could send to physically back up what I had told them verbally. Instead, they ignored everything I told them and took the side of a company which blatantly declares on the paypal site, they won't honor return policy if a dispute is created against them. So I wrote paypal a really entertaining letter, at least my friends listened with mouths opened and laughed at the end. I received the paypal nasty letter on Saturday, sent my “entertaining” letter back, with all proof including a phone number to the PO who too receipt of my return (so paypal could call them and tell them they were liars - as my information and documentation came from USPS), the following Monday. Once my return package left my hands and into the USPS hands, I am the last one to even be considered a liar. hena may have to check what their employees do with returns. It is an expensive product and that's more likely what happened to it if as hena claims they can't find it. I would like to see the proof hena/tays has that I did not return it to counter the USPS detailed tracking report and all the other items I have. In all fairness, both sides should submit their proof, regardless of how difficult it might be to provide that proof. Do I expect to ever see that money back? It’s been 60 days since they received, accepted and signed for my return, what do you think? If you get involved with these people you probably won’t either. There appears to be much better products out there according to ratings I found (cheaper too). Steer clear, tell your family and friends and save your money. They’re on fb a whole lot, so be careful. As victims of fraud or theft or whatever this category might officially fall into, we do have a voice, er, finger to make anything like this known world wide so it stops happening to others! In addition to the below listed photos I am posting, I have emails from hena showing date I received the item, the first response to my email, the USPS payment receipt, the green return receipt card I got back upon their acceptance and signature for my return. I have posted the following pictures: 1. The page from USPS showing every place the package went from where I dropped it off to when they signed for it. 2. The next page from USPS showing when, where and who Signed for the package at hena in Clearwater, FL 4. The letter I received from paypal. - had to trim off personal info. This is the WORST customer service letter Ever! This is no way to treat a customer whose been with them since almost their very beginning. Totally ignored EVERYTHING I told them when I filed the complaint against hena. A brick wall would have given me more respect had I talked to it! 3. The threat hena/tays has on the paypal website.
