Water supply

I have subbmited form for water supply months ago. Everytime I call them, everytime they have a reason to delay it. Yet the people are not coming for survey nor they are taking any action. I contacted them through phone. I went their and asked people. But no one is helping. I dont understand what is happening. I waited for so long as they said please be patient. Is this what I get when I am patient. I am very unhappy with the people working here. Atleast you should help people with their queries and no troubble them like this.
