I’ve processed credit cards in this bank online several times and everything was always in order, but not this time. As usual, I went into the application and issued the card I needed. After 20–30 minutes, a bank employee contacted me and said that when my card was ready, I would receive a message about the need to come to the office, provide certain documents and complete the card issuance. The employee said that the bank would need information about my income and the loans I have. I didn't quite understand why I should take additional certificates about these payments, if all of them are recorded on the bank's website. I went on about the employees and took a certificate of income from work. As a result, when I came to the bank, they refused that this certificate didn’t suit them and they would not be able to attach it in my personal account. I was very angry because I wasted my time and had to return to the bank office again. I hope that the management will send their employees to refresher courses and they will give clients the most complete information.
