Great customer service, questionable mobile app

I had a minor issue with setting up my account through the mobile app, which was challenging to navigate through. I called the customer service and was surprised to have my call picked up immediately, after a brief introduction through the automated menu. The employee introduced herself and asked how could she help me? I said that I would like to set-up mobile banking and need help getting started. The employee asked for my account number or debit card number. I said I could not provide her with these at the moment, and the employee was amazing, went ahead and explained how to set up mobile banking from the bank's website. The explanation was simple and easy to follow.

Great customer service? They never call back. I waited about 5 hours on the phone to report that my card was stolen and should be blocked.
