I had hesitations of the investment products of the bank, as the rates on most of these were not too favorable. I decided to get a consultation with the advisor, and set the appointment up. The investments banker who assisted me was able to investigate my situation while asking questions that were tied with my situation and introducing each new piece of information gradually and tactfully, considering that I had little knowledge about investment. He was careful and caring about me as a potential customer, monitoring my reactions and making sure I understood investments and risks associated with them, before trying to convince me to enroll into one of the investments programs. They are usually very pushy, and I am easily confused when talking about money, but the advisor really helped me out to make the informed decision, without pushing me. The rates are still bad for me, though.
