I have been using the bank’s services for almost ten years. From the first sight, it can seem that the bank is always changing something, changing the style and corporate culture. They put new furniture into local offices, create electronic registration, oblige the staff to wear uniform and so on. It seems that they are taking care of the clients. However, there are many problems with the bank’s products and services and there are many dissatisfied clients. I am a VIP client and I have a golden card of the bank according to the loyalty program. But I am not satisfied with the provision of some bank services and products. Once I took a loan and paid the full amount of the loan in advance. However, the bank sent me sms message that my loan was not paid in full. I was shocked. I went to the bank and talked to the administrator. My problem was solved but they didn’t even apologize.
