I had to have a short advice from the shop and was expecting to have a computer bot instead of a living person. Instead, a living specialist with excellent English skills, and also technical skills came forward and proactively helped me solving my problem. He congratulated me on the great choice and even made a conversation personalized by saying he was using the same brand. Reassured me I had a great choice made.
