I stayed in this hotel for a week. The hotel is really tired. In the toilet, there was a very unpleasant small. Only 40% of lamps worked. In the room, the furniture is old and ugly. Staff at the reception can be impolite, I didn’t like the way they made me put on a mask. Finally, my clothes disappeared, and it was terrible. When I came to the reception, they didn’t help me. I didn’t get back my clothes, and staff at the reception didn’t even say apologize. It was my first negative experience. Moreover, the prices are very high. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my friends or relatives. However, the breakfast was quite good, though there were many people, and it was too noisy.
