Want to give big kudos to the team of bankers ta my local branch. I have recently moved to the area and do not know anyone here who could have helped with working on my laptop/ I am really inexperienced with all things computer and lack even basic computer literacy. My banker simply told me to bring my laptop with me to the branch and that he will help me setting up my digital account. He explained me for an hour how this thing works and showed how to perform operations until I felt confident I could perform these myself when home alone. He assured me the managers were there when I needed help and I could simply call them and got necessary help. It was a bit hard to get an appointment at the branch, but it really was worth it as the managers go out of their way to help new inexperience customers like myself. Great customer service overall!
