Be prepared for a bit of disturbance.

It’s a very disturbing thing to understand that a shop of your choice, selling incredible products for low prices is so lame in some matters. Online management does not get in touch with the customers and ignores the emails and chat messages. Buying a present for someone from this store can turn into a real disaster. Of course, I cannot ignore the positive sides of the company: Neat and discreet packaging with no signs of the contents on the outside of the parcel;Low prices combined with seasonal price reductions + bonuses to the regular customers;Informative articles and full descriptions of the products. I do not recommend this shop to a newbie who needs the items at once. I can’t say the website is bad, but the delivery aspect combined with the ignorant behavior of the personnel produced a lasting impression on me.

Yes, they really ignore it, until that time there were no problems. But I have some incomprehensible problems with delivery, there is a track, and it's shows that the delivery is complete, but nothing was delivered to me. And the support service is not responding. This happened to me for the first time.
