I’ve never been prepared for it
I was supposed to get regular text alerts and email notifications about the malicious operations going on in my bank account. While I was away on holiday, my account was either hacked or attacked (I merely have no idea how it could happen). As a result, there were several write-offs and payments in the unknown online shops I had no idea about. It was unreasonable from my side not to check out the activity in my account, but the notifications were a part of the official contract with the bank. The management specialists and the security staff members say they are investigating the problem, but it’s about three months since I cannot get my money back from my regular debit card. I kept the money in the account so that I can use it when I’m back home, but now I have to use a credit card to pay for my everyday needs (which is inconvenient for me).
