People who works here are very experienced and responsible. They are help to make a choice and place an order patiently. I recently had some difficulty with this online store. So, I placed an order and paid for it. A day later, I received a message that the parcel was being formed and would soon be sent to my city. Two days later, the message indicated that the goods arrived in my city, but for some reason the address of the office where I can pick up the box was indicated differently. I called to find out what the problem was. I was told that such a mistake is possible. I was upset because I would have to go to the other side of the city to pick up the parcel, but the technical support service helped to contact the delivery office and their courier brought my goods to my home. I didn’t pay any extra money for this. Thank you for solving the problem so quickly!
