Poorly packaged goods
I often buy various products on the Internet and problems are relatively rare. This online store has an excellent assortment, the delivery service works well, but there are always some problems with the packaging. It often happens that the corners are bent, something is delivered in a crumpled state, sometimes it even happens that I open the box, and there the goods scattered through the damaged packaging. Several times I’ve forgiven this negligence, thinking it was the delivery service’s fault. But practice has shown that from other online stores that use the same delivery service, goods come in the best possible way. Now I stopped accepting damaged parcels and send them back, having previously photographed. It’s nice that the employees of the online store meet halfway and return the money. But I’m sorry that I’m wasting my time. And besides, I would like to receive my goods safe and not deal with the registration of refusals.
