The return is made impossible

I usually buy clothes from the online stores that allow a customer to try the product when the delivery person brings the product. If I do not like something, I have the right to return the product with no charge. Basically, the same way they do in a regular store. It was not the case with this online shop. The delivery guy told me I either take it or leave it and said if I tried the product that would be equal to buying it. I had to pay for it and get it…just to find out the dress was not of my size. I called the store and they said I could return the product with the full refund, but that I had to pay for the return delivery and they will evaluate then if the product was actually used. I have no say in their decision and they make the return nearly impossible.
