The banker did not know the products

I do not know what was wrong with the banker but it so happened that I had to explain him the products he is supposed to know by heart. He was polite and all, but when it came to the range of credit cards he became completely at loss. I explained to him that I wanted certain credit cards, two in fact, I saw advertised on the internet, and he said he had no idea such cards existed, listed me the three cards that were not good to me and said it was possible they had completely different set oif cards advertised on the internet.
