The worst credit expert
Two days ago I came to them to learn about a business credit. Unfortunately, they told me that there was no credit expert available at that moment. I was disappointed, but they asked my number to call back. I prefer to discuss such issues in person, but agreed. So today their representative called me. And I was shocked by his attitude. After I asked the first question he answered that I should have already known everything about that. Then I asked another question and the answer was pretty similar. I wasted 10 minutes striving to learn at least some information from him. But he answered only a couple of my questions. I just wasted my time and nerves. That spoilt my whole day. So I got in touch with their call center and described the situation. They apologized for that and answered all my questions. Still, the unpleasant aftertaste remained. To be honest, I should say that I have been going to this bank for 5 years so far, and all of them always do their best to help and to leave a positive impression. The representative calling me today was an exception.
