To be honest, he does not know much about all these banking things, he may misunderstand something, but that cannot excuse such a disrespectful and tactless attitude. He is a client after all. So she should have stayed nice in any case. I don’t care what the reason was. Maybe she had a bad day or was tired, that cannot justify her.
