My first impression was spoiled
I went to this bank to open a business account. My colleague told me they had great rates. To be honest, rates are the only thing I liked. First, I had to wait in line for more than 30 minutes to get to a teller. Then I had to wait for 30 minutes more until the account was opened. The teller tried really hard. She was nice. But it looked like she did not have the slightest idea how to open such an account. She looked embarrassed. But still she did her best to help me. Fortunately I read about all the papers needed on their website beforehand. But shouldn’t their tellers know everything about that themselves? Obviously that was not her fault. Why don’t they train their new hires? They should be interested in new clients, shouldn’t they? If yes they should attract them in some way. Hope the next time the service will be better… and quicker. By the way, I have a debit account in another bank. And they tried really hard to encourage me to open a business account in their bank. But they have higher charges, so I refused.
