I have ordered a zoom magnifier for my Canon camera and was astonished how low the price was. It was suspicious in the first place but the deal was too great to pass up on it. After the order was delivered, and it took a long time to get it, almost two months,- I discovered that the attachment case would not work for my camera even though in the technical specification it was said it must fit. I addressed a customer support and did not receive a reply from the company for nearly three weeks. Still have no idea how to replace the device and if it is possible at all.
