Had to wait for the substitution for the damaged product

When I opened the package I saw that one of the products was badly damaged, although the box itself looked fine. I was disappointed, but the support manager promised to send me a new piece as soon as possible. They really did it, but it took them more than 3 days to arrange everything. And then I had to wait for 5 more days to receive a new package. They also added a small gift. That was cute. But I still needed that product much earlier.

They always do not have in stock what I ordered, they have it on the site, but when I order it turns out that it is not, this is very strange.
