Why did I choose them? First, they are a national chain, so they have branches and ATMs all over the country. I spend a lot of time traveling and I do not want to pay extra fees for withdrawing cash from ATMs. Secondly, their customer service is quick and friendly. Their tellers are knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes you need to wait in line for 20 minutes or so, but they have a small waiting area in every branch. Still, other banks have much more ATMs and branches. And that is a big minus. Hope the situation will change soon.
