Last week I withdrew some money from the ATM, and they did not come out of that machine. But, you know what, my bank account showed that the withdrawal happened. Curious! I called the central branch, and they told me that yes my money was withdrawn — which I know — but I did not have any cash on my hands. One lady recommended me to call their security department to follow up with the camera near the ATM. Thank God, at least the camera worked and showed that I left with no money on me. Their managerial team called me and apologized for the event. The next day I was refunded but that experience was very scary since I withdrew around $1K.
