Not bad in overall, but there are things to improve

I have been using this website for several months already, and I haven’t had any serious complaints. Just some trifles. But the last time I had a pretty disappointing situation. When I was placing the order on the website, there were 7 items left. The website said that. I ordered 5, filled in the checkout form and made the payment. But in two hours after that they called me and said that there was a mistake on the website and that they had only 4 items in stock. I agreed to buy all of them, but I still needed one more. And I expected to receive 5. As for the extra money, they returned them the next day.

And my order matched a little with the pictures. The gems were smaller than I expected, and there were some kind of muddy and as if it was scratched. But they were cheap though

    Yes, the same thing, I was expecting a larger size of gems, and also problems with the return.
