Very responsive to my eternal demands

First off, I want to apologize for all my inquiries their shop had to face over the last two weeks. I am a very picky client who needs to have everything perfect and on time. I called them to order two house plants and needed to know everything about their maintenance. Even though I believe their customer support team just answers regular questions without profound knowledge in house plants, the guy who serviced me answered everything starting from how often to water the plant and when to change the pot. All the conversations were in a friendly manner with no sighs, or angriness.Thank you so much for your care for your clients, me and others would totally appreciate it.

I ordered a pressure cooker there. But it didn't turn on. I tried to take it back for a very long time. The site has a very clear return policy, but in fact they did not want to take it back, after long correspondence I returned it, but after such stress I would hardly risk to make an order there again.

    You can return it only within 30 days, if it breaks down a day later, then you will have to live with such a broken thing like me.
