The branch near me should be improved!
I live next to their branch, and I do expect it to be better. Their customer team is helpful but they all look so tired that I am even scared to bother them with my inquiries. I know that everyone now uses a Covid as an excuse but c’mon it should not affect professionalism. Otherwise, I love all their services, investing opportunities, and levels of clients support. One more thing, please refill the water coolers during the hot day since it is a basic request and we have a shop a little bit far away from the bank. What else? I do not agree that the bank radically boosted their rates since all the banks did it but you only complain about this one. During hard times, such increasing tendencies will only raise.
